2. Digital Product Purchases
License: When you purchase a digital product, you receive a single-user, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and print the product for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product to third parties.
Delivery: Products are delivered digitally via download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Links are valid for 7 days and allow up to 5 downloads. Contact support if you need link renewal.
Formats: Products are delivered as PDF files and/or links to editable Google Docs/Sheets copies as specified on each product page.
No Physical Goods: All purchases are for digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. To request a refund, email support@wingmanprotocol.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
After 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
